I am Ginger Peschke, the owner of Oakside Editorial Services, LLC. After obtaining a Ph.D. in Plant Breeding in 1989, I spent 15 years as a plant genetics researcher and research manager in both university and industry settings. My hands-on experience ranges from molecular biology in the laboratory to crop yield testing in the field.

 

Since 2005, I have been a self-employed writer and editor with a focus in the life sciences. I have worked with researchers at universities and biotechnology companies, publishers, book production firms, and individual authors. In 2011, I received certification as an Editor in the Life Sciences from the Board of Editors in the Life Sciences (www.bels.org).
